Leviathan by Anish Kapoor, Monumenta 2011

In June 2011,

Grand Palais, Paris,  France

Grand Palais is a National Gallery of a huge but elegant steel-glass structure.

Monumenta is an annual exhibition of Grand Palais.

Prestigious space for the prestigious artist. Since 2007, there are three artists (Anselm Kiefer, Richard Serra and Christian Boltanski) and this year is for Anish Kapoor.

It was a fantastic exhibition. It was amazing when the shadow of the steel structure of the building reflected on the surface of Leviathan. More info on the textile materials at the fabricator’s website .

My hearth is beating in les archives du coeur in Teshima JP with thousands of others. Is your hearthbeat there too?

No unfortunately not. When there was an expo of Bolatanski in Paris, I ‘d been travelling. I lost a chance to be partially in Teshima with thousands of people.

Don’t be afraid: you’re totally in this planet with all the people. That’s more important :)

And if you live in France or in HK, it’s the same under this point of view…

보다는 건물 느낌을 더 주려나? i don’t know if that makes sense…
